Review of Ronnie Herel presents - The BIG R&B Show LIVE!
Nice location and tickets/event was not ad advertised, even more so they exceeded my exceptions with regards music and crowd. Nice to put a face to Ronnie and his fellow colleagues from Mi-Soul.

Fantastic concept. Intimate, insightful & such a positive atmosphere. Ronnie is a great host, so personable & inviting. Venue is very nice & the staff were very friendly. Wonderful bevy of UK talent. Stripped back performances. A real treat for the ears & soul. Highly recommended.

Review of Call Me Maybe - 2010s NYE Party
We had a great NYE here. Music was great although went down hill a bit as the night went on. Great atmosphere. Only real complaint was unless you were drinking wine everything else came in plastic cups. Very disappointed by this for 2019 🥤❌

Review of Faded presents Refresh - Carpe Diem NYE
1. Music was rubbish. There was supposed to be 3 main rooms. Afrobeats / RnB / Pop
The afrobeats were rough and there was a lot of jungle if you into it.
RnB was not rnb at all, it was gangsta deep black hip hop. Packed with black male guests mainy.
Pop room was non existent as it was just a corridor with seats around and bar normal white lights on - zero ambiance to dance. Music in VIP lounge downstairs was again heavy black hophop and music in ViP lounge upstairs was s**tty trance techno! FAIL.
2. Cloakroom disaster. Massive queue to leave the coat. That was NOT the worst. Queue to take it back was horrendous! We were standing for 40min because the staff could not find the coat. The corridor (on 2nd floor) was also the access to the toilets - was claustrofobic and dangerouns at some point because no one could move in or out.
The drunk people got aggressive and there was NOT 1 security in sight. The one security dude was guarding entry to VIP lounge and he did not leave his "important" job to see what was happening in cloakroom area...Sticky.
3. Venue is great. its a nice hotel. But the building has nothing to do with the event. Prices at bars are steep min £12 per drink
Wouldn't attend again. We were hoping for more mix crowd and music. It was 90% "hip hop afrobeat jungle". Missold on mixed pop room and R&B. We dont have to go shoreditch for that, could just go Brixton.

Review of Faded presents Refresh - Carpe Diem NYE
Nice location, good music and mad vibe. I really enjoyed. Unfortunately I had to stand 1 hour outside waiting in the cold in the queue with people with no ticket, while I had my ticket ready which I also paied 36£. people jumping the queue even if they had no vip pass. why was that?

Review of Faded presents Refresh - Carpe Diem NYE
Music was not great on any of the lfveks very techo. It took 30 mins to wait in line for the cloakroom.
Faded sent an email saying there would be snacks in the vip lounge on level - 3 until
1 am, but there wete no snacks at all and we were there between from 1030 pm to 1 AM. When I asked at the hotel they said it was a faded event so didn't no anything about the email.
