party didn't star when it supposed to because of police, it started much later and for people that are not from London (I'm from Norwich) that was pretty bad because we (there were 3 of us with paid tickets) didn't know what to do so we left and ended up spending NY at a friend's house...so lost the money and missed out on an amazing night...0/10

Never got to the party because the police were all over the place and it was too cold to stick around and wait till the police have gone although we stayed at the area till 1:30. No one gave us updates about what was going on and if the party is still on so we had to go home! Therefore our nye was ruined!!!!!

Event was cancelled just as we were about to go, very little information was given to us, then we were told it was open again after 3am! I've asked for a refund and still not got a reply.
