The event location and general details should be a lot more user friendly. Access to obtaining your ticket must be easier in future. Guests arriving from Hackney Wick Station - there was no signage available to direct your guest. Organisers need to invite more food stalls , waiting for over 45 minutes for food is totally unexpectable, especially when you have young children with you.It is also unreasonable to pay £10 for a glass of rum punch.Really poor organisation from a well known corporate brand.
