Christmas Eve pub crawl at the Ruby Blue run by the Grinch. Was advised to rock up at 7:30 promised a great night out with Santa hats included. Waited there until 8:30 no host rocked up as ticket holders arrived they were left very disappointed as not only was the venue closed the bar crawl host didn’t rock up. We stood in the cold and the rain wondering if the Christmas grinch had organised this event and was laughing at us all after taking our money. I sent a email after waiting there for a hour and did not receive a email back until a few hours later. I am yet to receive my money back for me and my two friends. It has really ruined my Christmas spirit and it has left me wondering if this was a total scam for tourists trying to enjoy London on Christmas Eve. I have spent Christmas Day sick from standing in the cold and rain.

Decided to take some friends along for my birthday- the host Rob was great, the drink deals were amazing and we definitely got value for money. In all a fun night. Met some cool people too- no love connections made but that's just down to those who were attending that night.

This is not an event for 18-like 23 yr olds - my friend and I walked in and there were like 8 people to the max there including ourselves and they were all MUCH OLDER than us. NOPE NEVER AGAIN ... we went to have a fancy dinner instead. I wish I could get my money back....

Worst service ever seen!

They lost my coat: it was on the cloakroom and they handled it to another customer. It was this last 1st of January, they wanted me to go home like that! The security staff and the Manager were so rude that I wholeheartedly recommend you not to go to this place. As a matter of fact, they didn´t want to speak to me, either they asked to a MALE to talk to.

Their customer service is such a rubbish that is everything but a service or a place to go for fun.
I am still trying to get in touch with them and they even don´t answer my emails or phone calls.
It is the worst service I have ever received.

NYE at Ruby Blue

First time i'd been to the venue, and had a great time...The drinks were reasonably priced, The music was up to date, and had me up dancing all night!!!

The overall night was a great success, and my friends and I all said we would go back!

If your looking for a great night out, then Ruby Blue is definately the place to go...classy stylish, lively and a great atmosphere!
