I purchased tickets for a friend's birthday, but was so put off by the wrong information on the ticket that I didn't end up actually going (even when it finally opened). I actually preferred to pay NOT to go. Total let down.

Thumbs down. Event started much later than advertised. Lots of time wasted. Venue in the City of London on a weekend means no atmosphere. Event staff not very good or friendly or helpful. Will never attend a Brown Sugar event again. I'm honestly surprised this company lasted till its 2nd birthday.
