I’ve got to be honest I would have brought tickets to the Sunday instead as that line up looked much better. How ever this was not an available option when I purchased the Saturday tickets. Which was very disappointing.

I thought it was an incredible day, and I hope to do it all again next year for sure!! I hated the drinks vouchers as we ended up having them left over with no use and my friend got her perfume taken off her and didn't get it back at the end of the night :(

Advertised as 25000 people entertainers visual effects party games a real immerseful experience . What was missing was 25000 people the entertainers the party games and the experience what was there 4999 people trying to sell me dangerous drugs in front of security and bar staff. Absolutely disgusting I would like our £150 back. I stayed for less than an hour. Please give me the procedure for requesting a refund.
