Review of Not Another Indie Disco
David Bowie was in the featured artists list.
There was no David Bowie.
Also, there was a massive group of males, very few females and I felt nervous for the female members of my party. One of whom was groped with security passing a blind eye. Music/distortion also far too loud and earplugs not available.
Will not be returning

Review of Not Another Indie Disco - Arctic Monkeys & TLSP Special
Been here before for an Arctic Monkeys night and absolutely loved it! Such a cute little venue. They take requests and actually play them and the atmosphere is good. Only downside is the drinks are ridiculously expensive, they don’t do shots and a one bomb is £3.85, I bought two VK’s for £10.40 as well! I recommend pre-drinking.

Review of Burn Down The Disco - 90s Special
The venue was empty, music was rubbish, drinks were a rip off, can't believe I paid £5 for this crap, will not be visiting again, the atmosphere was shocking with hardly anybody there!

Review of Burn Down The Disco - Bowie: 71st Birthday Special!
Considering this was a Bowie night, there wasn't enough Bowie music played. It was not too bad to start with - I assumed the DJ was saving the best Bowie tracks for later on in the evening... but this didn't happen. He played less and less Bowie as the night went on, eventually saying at one point something like 'You've probably had enough of Bowie by now' (quite disparaging) and played Human League, The Smiths etc from then on. I felt the DJ wasn't much of a Bowie fan. When I asked him why he was playing Human League on a Bowie night, he said 'Because they were influenced by Bowie'. You could say that about almost anyone in the music industry... it really felt like the DJ was much more into The Smiths, Human League, The Cure and other eighties bands than Bowie. Personally, hearing The Smiths spoils my night as Morrissey is a very unpleasant man. So hearing Morrissey instead of Bowie was disappointing, to say the least.
The Bowie decor was a bit half-hearted, too. Last year (or it may have been the year before), the night was much better – Bowie music all night and everyone really getting into it – a great party atmosphere and coming together of people who loved Bowie.
Plus points: the bar staff were great, and the crowd was very friendly. I have given 'Atmosphere' just 3 stars because, although everyone seemed nice and friendly, someone stole my partner's coat! So one person at least in that club was not so nice after all. My partner had to travel home on a cold January night in his shirt sleeves.
