Review of BIG Singles Party @ Madison, St Pauls (Ages 21-45)
Perhaps unfairly to the event the fact it was raining made it an uncomfortable environment. They should have cancelled it in the rain in my opinion. I paid for 2 of my friends to come with me so had spent £60 already before getting in. And one round of drinks for three of us was also £60.
There were loads of men there but unfortunately none of whom were to our taste. We left after 24 minutes.
I rarely write reviews but I think it important because this could have been sooo much better. The advert for this advises you are mixing with others outside of your group and you are given a red straw to differentiate who the singles are… that is not what happened. We were cordoned off to everyone else. Also perhaps a free drink on arrival may keep people there for longer. It was a very expensive night and I think I would have done better just going into Madison’s itself for free, I would have had more luck I think.

Terrible event. Never again. We were stuck outside in the rain with no seats. The ratios were terrible. Lots of older men but very few girls. Very awkward people
