Rude staff. Asked to put some coats in cloakroom and was told that “there is not enough room so cross a bridge and get over it”. The atmosphere was not as I expected and the bar staff did not have enough change when I paid for my drinks, so I am still owed £5. Absolutely ridiculous, I would like a refund.
