Review of Pizza & Friends

The music was incredibly loud before and during the breaks on the quiz night. I wouldn’t recommend it though. Not based on the music but because I’ve been to Friends quizzes before and they’ve been better run and organised. The challenges that this quiz had “organised” wasn’t for every team. They were also judged by the loudness of the audience. So by that if a table had 10 people, compared to a table of 4, they’d clearly make more noise for their teammate and win... this is all fun and games but when it’s not fair it’s not right. It is still a quiz. By that point I won’t be returning and will just go to others that I know are fairer and run better.

Review of Pizza & Friends

I would recommend pizza and friends to all my other friends (lol) however it does need to be a little more organised. Doors opened at 5.45pm for a 6pm start. On arrival we were told the room wasn’t ready and to wait upstairs. We eventually got into the room at 6.20pm. We preorder our pizza which we were due to have on arrival and continuous throughout the night, my table were the last to receive pizzas at 9.20pm (we were starting to get hangry). I spoke to the manager who explained the pizzas are freshly made but they knew the amount that needed to be made so surely something could have been a little more prepared to feed the masses. Not only that but after 2 c**ktails I went back to the bar to find out they had already ran out of the c**ktail that we were meant to get an hour of. Now let’s be honest sex on the beach is the easiest and probably cheapest to make, a lot more should have been made in advance to stop us waiting 5-10 mins for our drinks, digging into our free hour of c**ktails....aint nobody got time for that. To be fair the manager I believe his name was Dave or Jason (sorry) sorted us all out with a free shot for the lack of pizza and they extended the c**ktail hour until 7.30pm. Aside from those few glitches my best friend and I had the best night! The atmosphere was awesome, the host Chloe was brilliant, we made some new friends and to top it off we won...THE TRIBIANNIS!!! Thanks for an awesome night!
