When we turned up for our 3pm boat transfer , we were told the boat was not departing due to problems with currents/tides and to come back at 3.30. We got an Uber to the venue instead.

Shame the boat transfer was at least 30mins behind as we ended up getting an Uber to get in just after 4pm. Great night, however, with the old style club music and vibe bringing lovely people together

Worst New year eve in my life, was on the place 15mins before Time, somehow i didnt even get on the ship like at least 20 other people. Organization was bad, 1 quene for 5 ships going one by one? The best thing is that, they refused to give me refund. This is ridiculous that i even have to fight for it, when Me and All the others should be given official apology.

Would not recommend - absolute waste of money
We had to wait a long time outside until we could board the boat, and it was freezing. The boat turned out to be a very old one, not looking fancy at all. One of the toilets in the ladies room flooded already after 3 guests had used it. Music was bad, same beat was played for almost 15 minutes straight, the DJ even left the booth a couple of times for minutes straight. He also barely took requests. It was supposed to be a 80/90’s party but didn’t feel like that at all. Bad atmosphere at the boat, many cranky people just pushing to see the fireworks. Would definitely not recommend it, it was totally not worth the £125 a person we spent on it, such a waste of money. Could have better just stood and waited by the Riverside to see the fireworks, which was the only thing that did not disappoint. Luckily we had an amazing afterparty planned afterwards, else this would have been a pretty bad London NYE Experience.

The party, the entrance and organisation of the entrance was not as expected. The standing of the venue was poor dress code of people not in line with requirement and the music below average...

It was a shambles. Not as advertised, not a luxury experience! Not worth the money. The boat was disgusting and dirty. Toilets were blocked. The one that was working was unsanitary.

There was No deck access as specified on the ticket. Only a small outdoors area which all the smackers were crammed. So no hope of watching the fireworks from the deck.

The boat stopped miles from where the fireworks were being displayed. So had to watch them from behind a huge pillar, under a bridge and no were near the London eye.

I would not recommend this event to anyone. It was a scam!!

I was not able to get on the boat and was there at 8 pm. The line was extremely long and unorganized. I need to contact someone to get a refund. Worst experience ever

People were fighting, entering the boat was very unorganized, and the dance floor was all wet.

The worst service I’ve ever used! Paid tickets for thousand pounds and were told at the entrance that boat is full and they cannot let us in anymore. More then 50 people stayed absolutely unsatisfied in the New Year’s eve! The manager just left without any explanation in front of our face.

Amazing experience would definitely do it again! Only downside was the toilets were dirty and would have been nice to have some food and drinks included in the price! Other than that the atmosphere were beyond amazing!
