It was a great event! Amazing music, excellent vibe. It was such a shame about the weather. It would have been good to have more sheltered seating areas, there was literally nowhere to sit unfortunately for the entire 8 hours that I was there and sitting on the ground was not an option due to the wet weather. Despite this, it was a great concert

Event was really good. Music was great and atmosphere good. Not enough bars and long queues. Also towards the back end of the day a lot of sets were similar and playing same songs. Would be better if sets were somewhat aligned beforehand

this event was very poorly organised....the wrong v.i.p. wrist bands were given on entry and the public were not allowed into the v.i.p viewing area until a lot of complaints were made ...then as the end of the festival was happening we were allowed in ...the security staff were very rude and inexperienced....we missed a lot of acts due to incompetence of staff and having paid V.I.P prices were very annoyed!

I liked the event but thought there should have been cover in the VIP area and also lights and regular cleaning in the VIP loos. I was impressed that they had baby change section . I didn’t see all the acts, but did enjoy the ones I saw.

I thought the wine was awful, both taste/quality and the price. It was disgusting and very expensive. If people are stopped from bringing alcohol in, there should be wine that is palatable at a reasonable price…Shameful!!

VIP was awful, paid way more than standard price tickets and for what? VIP area was a joke, no shelter from the rain at all, only 2 food places to choose from, no seating, paid £15 for 2 cans of drink, toilets were disgusting, literally walked in and there was urine all over the floor so walked back out again. Rain was forecast for 2 weeks before event so they had plenty of time to put up shelter which they didn’t do. Went to see billy ocean and didn’t get to see him as although we had umbrellas we still got soaked! We asked if we could leave to go and get changed and come back later and was told once we leave there’s no entry, this is after we paid £90 EACH for a VIP ticket. I’m trying to find out who is responsible for this joke of a festival but can’t seem to! Won’t be recommending this to anyone

paid £60 for vip only 2 food trucks , hardly any seating bar never sold red wine inside or at any other bar on site . set times were changed from what we're on the Web site. I am a bluebadge holder was turned away from disabled parking because I didn't have a q .r. code..nowhere does it say you have to prebook to park for disabled. one block of toilets didn't have any lights on inside so made it more queuing for the other block. I think it was a rip off for facilities that were offered.

other than the English weatherboard being on our side the music was fantastic. however the VIP area was spa**e of any seating or cover from the rain, the toilets were not kept clean and no lighting until very late into the evening so ended up using the general ones which were better. paid for kings row tickets with a purple band but they seemed to have pink band holders in the front of the stage so was confused what the difference was.maybe you could advise on this?

VIP section a total rip off.
Hardly any seats, no covered area, queues for toilets, not worth the extra paid.
Wanted to leave arena due to heavy rain but was told could not return.
Cost of food and drink ridiculous.
Will never attend this event again. Will formally complain.
