Turned up to the event to find it was cancelled, no warning or contact from the event planners and no refund and not replying to my messages or emails. Absolutely do NOT recommend booking anything with this company.

Never buy a tickets to this carnival!!! It's just a simple fun fair for a small kids and that's it! They send an email so everyone who is not happy can receive a refund but didn't hear from them! Very disappointed especially for kids

Bought the ticket for kids creepy carnival which mentioned all inclusive. Reached there only to find out it was a normal fair with usual rides and all for which we had to buy tokens. They gave us 3 ride ticket for each ticket to compensate, but was not accepted on all rides / activities. So bit disappointing again. Had I knew it was just usual fair, wouldn’t have travel that far.

It was supposed to be halloween themed. I drove an hour to get there and it was just a few rides. Not worth going to at all. They gave us free tickets to the rides but we came more for the halloween themed events

The carnival staff kindly reimbursed me but none of the stuff for
Kids was on. Apparently cancelled but could still buy tickets day before. I could go to a fair near my house instead had to travel with very young children miles for something that wasn’t in.

Terrible experience going to this event with my two young children. We paid for two hours of rides and ended up being told it wasn't happening, that we could go on three rides and then pay for the rest. I have tried to email and get a refund but with no responses. To say the children were disappointed is a huge understatement.
