Waited 3 hours for Kevin and Perry in scoring hot weather for them to come on for 37mins , hardly any food placs open apart for jacket potato place .
And to pay 8.50 for 50ml of c**ktail absolutely disgusting. For the party to finish at 4 and be asked to leave the pier as their closing the end of pier ..

K&P only came on for half an our of dj set. The rest of the day was kids entertainers and games. The foam gun was the worst ive ever seen. Not a foam party. Considering adults were charged entry too it was not worth the entry fee. Toilets are disgusting and not monitered or topped up during the event. No toilet roll or hand san by 3pm.

I took my grand daughters to this event and we had a fantastic time! It was only £6 each for a ticket, so totally worth it. My only suggestion would be, to have more vendors selling food etc, however, there are other vendors on the pier itself. A big thank you to the organisers of Piertown for a fabulous day out.

The main event was fab but we had a few disappointments. The doors opened at midday but the main act didn’t start until 3pm by which point my kids were bored and fed up…in fact many families left and the venue was half empty. They should have been transparent with the times as it annoyed a lot of people. Plus there should have been more umbrellas as it was a scorching hot day with no shade. Finally the teams organisation with the meet and greet at the end was horrendous leading to a lot of annoyed people. But the actual Kevin and Perry set? Absolutely amazing! For us it was worth the wait but many would disagree.

Was a great event and the foam party was fab! Kevin and Perry were just brilliant!
Downside was none of the vendors were open so other that a jacket potato, you couldn’t get any food. The bar had run out of crisps by 12.30 too. Was advertised as food available, had we have known before, we could have packed a picnic!
Also some misleading info re timings, 12-5pm advertised but was all finished by 4pm, also stated 90 min set by Kevin and Perry but this was only 40mins. It was hot and I am sure Perry would have melted in the donnay shirts and adidas jumper though. Our kids ranged from 9-12yrs and were starting to get a little bored after 3 hrs of baby shark but they did love it as a whole.

It was very very hot with little shade. Main event was only 30mins and foam was only from a gun. For the price it was good. The 'presenters' were full of fun and managed to keep going even in the heat. May have been better suited to a slighty more intimate setting with more foam.

Once K&P arrived, it was absolutely brilliant. The entertainers before hand worked really hard for a full 3hrs to keep the kids happy, but unfortunately I feel that's a long wait when the event starts at 12pm, there's only so much kids can dance in 25c heat! The only food vendor for a kids (fussy eaters) event was jacket potatoes. Countless people had to leave the gig gates to find food elsewhere to bring back, including us. It was a very hot day with minimal shade as well, something else I found odd for a children's event. We got there on time and were lucky enough for another family to offer to bring a table closer to share the shade. We brought snacks and drinks with us, but they were quickly gone and I'd have expected a free water station somewhere to be honest... even huge gigs offer this. Toilets were also dire... A handful of portaloos that were already pretty filthy and smelt awful.

Kevin and Perry were "rincing", but I definitely read their set was 90mins, not the 30mins that they played...

The pier organisers really need to make sure people are catered to... Especially when it's a children's event. The gig itself was epic.

I went along expecting an incredible event catered to all ages of children. The first part of the music and entertainment was suitable for 5 years and under and the Kevin and Perrie part was for adults as the kids didn’t have a clue about the songs- the adults got a bit over excited and a lot of kids couldn’t be near the stage because adults were busy taking up the front stage area. There was one random bench for face painting with one person painting and a drinks bar. Nothing got children excited- no balloons, no decorations, photos opportunities, banners. Nothing. The stage was black and dull, the djs wore black and some things which were said on stage were inappropriate (example “my nan is quicker than you and she is dead, my dead nan is faster than you”. The foam party was not a proper foam machine it was more like a snow machine.


I lost my child and was hysterical- I had searched high and low. I ran to the front stage to ask for help and the dj shrugged me off and walked off…. There was not protocol in place for lost children. I had to scream at the “Perrie” performing on stage to get her to shout for my child through the mic. I felt like it wasn’t taken seriously and it’s very worrying that an event doesn’t have something in place for when children go missing at a children’s event!

I won’t be going again and wouldn’t recommend. We left after an hour.

Waited 2 hours for anything to actually happen. Only 2 "shops " open, a bar and a jacket potato hut, over priced and not a great selection for kids. Everyone got bored before main event (that was another hours wait for, totally 3 hours wait) that we left before anything started.
Very disappointed

When you say FOAM party then actually throw a FOAM party. No shading for the kids plus to many drunk adults around. This was not a kids event.

It was more like an adult event. Lots of adults standing around looking at the half dressed singers on the stage. No room to swing a cat, not my idea of a kids event. My kids wanted to leave after 1 minute!

Shame there weren’t more people there. Tickets stopped being checked before the film started so people could just wander in.
