Great event however the queues at drinks/food/ toilets were ridiculous at times. Clearly not enough staff at concessions.

Music was FANTASTIC just AMAZING. We bought VIP tickets which were quite expensive. There were no benefits for having these tickets and a lack of catering.We queued for an HOUR for a hot dog .I thought that as we upgraded there would be sectioned VIP areas for toilets ...again NO.I asked several stewards if there were any VIP sections but they said no.So the answer is just buy regular tickets save money and take a picnic .

This would be a 5 star across the board but the issues with the food and drink queues meant missing parts of sets, queuing for nearly an hour on one occasion for a flat prosecco and there were kids in my group that ending up not getting fed properly. The bands were amazing. Still had a cracking day overall. Shame about the organisation.

Awesome. Great music, great venue, great festival for the family. Two areas for music was perfect to move between. Just the right size to feel safe and enjoyable. We'd totally recommend it.

Music was great, however Nile’s reaction to problems from not doing a sound check were unacceptable for the price of the ticket.
The poor organisation of the toilet, food and beer facilities negatively impacted the experience as the queues were too long resulting in missed time watching bands and lost revenue for you.
Huey was listed as the headliner DJ but did not DJ and only stood on stage drinking.
Last year, despite the awful weather, was better and I think the organisers didn’t plan properly for the increased volume of attendees.

I bought weekend tickets for this year as I had attended the two previous years and loved it. However, I’m extremely disappointed and angered by the poor standard of this year’s event and am choosing not to return today. What was an intimate and chilled out affair previously was ruined by poor organisation and trying to take things to a too large scale . I literally spent the whole day queuing for the bar and the toilets, which were absolutely disgusting and I couldn’t even wash my hands as there was no water. I was starving as food ran out at about 7pm and I was consequently feeling very sick, which tarnished my enjoyment greatly. The pitch to stand on was generating loads of dust and exacerbated my friend’s asthma. I’m extremely upset now as I’ve shelled out the best part of £400 for my ticket, travel, hotel and food/drink which I wouldn’t have minded if it had been as awesome as last year. I was also very unimpressed with the extremely poor sound quality and was embarrassed for the artists. I’m sad to say that I won’t be returning next year and that’s a real shame as, if it had been kept in its original form, the event would have been outstanding.

Thank goodness we had lunch before coming in. Queues ridiculous for food, toilets and drinks. Good that they had taps to refill water bottles. Hope I can bring in foldable chairs if I go again! Didn't think they were allowed but saw a few. Need more of everything I.e toilets and food stalls.

Enjoyed music and atmosphere: However, very disappointed with so called vip package - slightly quicker access to venue, a small grassy area with a couple of small tents for drinks and one for food. Quite a distance away from main stage. No one explained if there was anything else included ; so I guess not! Definitely not worth the extra price paid!,

We enjoyed it and thought the kids area was great. The face painters were brilliant and my girl received lots of compliments.

Unfortunately not enough food options with restrictions on bringing no food in, most folk needed to eat. Queues were huge and some food not fast to serve. Toilet queues also very long.

Bag restrictions not adhered too with lots of bigger than a5 noted, picnic mats, scooters etc.

Trees provided great shade options.

Music sound quality varied in parts. Chic were great.

There were issues with the main PA but eventually fixed.
The number of food traders was a severe problem, queuing for 1hr 40mins for some Pakora (as they had run out of everything else by 7pm) wasn’t good. Either allow or attract more concessions into the site for that audience size.
Or allow passout wristbands to get food elsewhere- I’ve no idea why this wasn’t allowed.

You cannot prevent people bringing in food and water for an all day event and then expect them to queue for an hour and s half to find no food left. Appalling lack of food outlets. Many left without any food. What a missed opportunity for business.

Amazing gig. Great venue but £5 fir a can of lager is too much and so is £2 for water. Toilet and food queues abysmal and after waiting 20 mins at one they ran out of food so had nothing to eat between lunchtime and 1.30am when I finally got home.
