Junction 1 should actually be ashamed of the venue they retailed tickets to,
The whole weekend was an absolute shambles
I’m requesting a refund
Have to give my bank details as they have changed since purchasing the tickets for such a terrible weekend which I was looking forward to

Absolute shambles and disappointment, main stage was announced as closed at 3pm so even though those acts were the main reason we bought tickets, we went anyway, we were told by person scanning tickets that we would be able to get a refund, I certainly hope so! It was really ugly setting with no effort made, inadequate bar or loo facilities, we had to queue for an hour to get a drink, only to find they had run out of many drinks (at 6pm!), we then queued for ages for the loo only to find no toilet roll supplied in any of them, also this by 6pm ?! Just not a great atomosphere, it was basically a dj set in a car park, we were so disappointed we could not face going the Sunday, absolutely unacceptable, I will be trying to get a refund.

Didn’t discover that any of the names we had traveled far to listen to were cancelled until we arrived and then more were cancelled after we’d arrived too.
Pretty much a s**t show and will be looking for a refund

Main stage was cancelled, 2 hours after it was due to start! Wasted time and money on ticket, travel and accommodation for an event which did not go ahead. Extremely disappointed and want to know how I can get a refund/compensation.

These promoters a crooks. This is not the first time they have done this, where the announce bug names and when you get there they tell you they've been cancelled. Its a pity, but what you get is half a**ed party with expensive drinks. They are thieves. Don't get me wrong they announce good acts but they never follow through. Crooks

Music was great, the crowd were disappointingly boring, the venue ground was really uneven with loose hardcore and bits of fake grass making it difficult to walk or dance.
Beer prices were off the scale especially when you are being served it in a plastic cup..
They need way more toilets, might have helped if they had them all open instead of 5 out of 10 toilets locked, the cues were ridiculous.

Far to much uncertainty with junction 1 they cancelled the main stage at 3:40pm on the Saturday and I had no idea if Sunday would go ahead. Been getting really bad reviews, seemed to be a bit of a shambles really

Notified attendees that the event was delayed by 2 hours over email 3 hours before opening, and turns out that all headlining acts had cancelled, the reason why is unclear but if looks to be "contractual" issues. Surely contracts should all be agreed before announcing headliners? Hoping I manage to get a refund. A refund for the early bird tickets which were being sold for MORE than on the door day entry tickets. Don't waste your money, find a good club night instead.

Great gig and a friendly crowd. Bars offered quick service and toilets were clean and stocked. Only real downside was the surface under foot at the main stage. All rubble and stones. Terrible for dancing 😕

I went on Sunday and had a fantastic day! There was a great vibe about the place, drinks and food reasonably priced. Headline acts were outstanding. My only gripe would be that there wasn’t enough toilets, having a mens urinal area would have cut the queues by half. Overall experience was fab and definitely somewhere I’ll go back to.

The event was a con. Terrible organisation. It wasn't what was sold to us. Most of the big acts weren't preforming. The organisers seemed to put more efford into making the event look good on social media than informing people about the 2 hr delay in the start time and change in the line up. Have since found out the organisers have a history of doing this. They also ran out of the good beer in the first hour despite there being less than 100 people at the event.

Overall was a great day but needed more food trucks. Alot of confusion over start time of the show on friday. Tickets said 2pm but once there security advised 4pm. You needed to be more active on social media keeping guests up to date on start times of acts and of what acts had cancelled. The bars had great selection and fairly priced. It was great to see tent with non alcoholic options. Even the toilets were clean. Both stages well set up and fantastic sound. Love the bands and dj's on friday.
