I dropped my son and his friend off and they were refused entry due to drinking alcohol! They are 12 and 13 and were dropped off right outside by myself to wait across the street till they were in which didn’t happen I can assure you I didn’t give them alcohol the door man was disrespectful to both boys and told them to turn round and “ Bolt “ this was an unacceptable way to speak to a 12 year old boy it was his first time being out to anything like this and travelled by train from port Glasgow with myself it was appalling what happened

My daughter got tickets to celebrate her 13th birthday with friends and was refused entry as breathiliser showed up red. But i escorted her to the event and was with her all day there is noway she had consumed alcohol. Trying to explain this to staff at the venue proved difficult they were rude and not interested in anything i had to say, i also wasnt the only parent on the night that had experienced this. Total waste of money and ruined my daughters birthday!!!

Granddaughter had a good night only issue was entry she waited an 1 hour to get in as they didn't open doors till it was due to start this was down to staff at venue .they should have opened doors a lot earlier due to having to breathalyse each child .I know this has to be done but they should have started the process earlier as the kids were in the queue from at least a half hour before start time that was the only issue we had with venue .

My child went to the under 18 rave . She wanted out side for fresh air and the bouncers wouldn't let me daughter back in to the rave . She was then left to roam balloch at the peak times which is highly dangerous for a young girl.

Good idea for the kids in the area was well staffed with regards to stewards police and staff inside my son had a great time.
