Review of New Year's Eve
The venue was extremely over filled, you could not move, a member of staff told me that too many tickets were sold and the building was filled over the maximum capacity. It was very dangerous and unsafe for everyone, broken glass everywhere, people drunk beyond belief. Took 1 hour to get a drink at the main bar which had only 4 members of staff on. One drink that was ordered has a white substance in it which was not supposed to me in it- staff did correct this but again took another 30 mins. We left after spending 40 mins waiting in the cloakroom for our coats which had only 300 coat hangers for all 2000+ tickets sold, we then went to the nearest pub and spent our new year in there. Over all- extremely over packed, dangerous, too busy and greedy for money- no need for that many people to be there. Will never attend this event again.
