Too busy, too long a wait for a drink and not a good atmosphere.

We booked a booth with a drinks package and waited over an hour for someone to even help us. Spoke to 5 different people, finally got sat at a table as they didn’t have any record of our booking (luckily we kept the messages) we were offered drinks but there wasn’t any vodka then there was. We finally got Smirnoff but the bar tender tried to charge us for the price of grey goose (what a joke) and compensate us with a free shot!! We then spoke to another manager who did finally take a % off the total price after almost 2 hours of messing about. Probably won’t be back in a rush anyway
