We paid for tickets and most artists didn't show or preform. The venue had not been properly prepared from the festival the night before. No running water to wash your hands, food outlets were very over priced and the food was appalling.

Metrofest was a fail - a good turn out and no trouble however only 3 out of all the acts that were meant to be live showed up. Very disappointing.
Like majority of people paid our money to see these acts perform and they didn’t come through with it.
Also the tents wasn’t made clear who was under what which you then again missed certain sets.
Having that cashless bracelet was nonsense also making you top up before being allowed to get anything it’s a faff and long accept card and done kmt.
Overall I think it was a shambles the Only thing that made it good was my friends and the vibe.
Metrofest really need to consider some compensation/refund to people.

very disappointed, half of advertised artists did not appear, nothing on time, main stage sound was awful, cannot cash out wristband, feel I should have half refunded as only saw half of acts on line up

Overall very poorly organised however the DLT tent saved the day! Great music and atmosphere there all day!!

I have posted a message on Instagram and emailed your info email address. Deeply disappointed that I felt misled about purchasing tickets for an event that failed to deliver its promises. Teacher of business will be outlining problems of metrofest 2021 as a case study on marketing, promotion and branding.

Great event, real shame about the no-shows (Blackstreet, Eve, Mya) and the mud!!! But the vibes and music was excellent!!!

This event was a rip off. we paid for a service that we didn't receive. Only three artists turned up and they didn't even bother to inform the crowd that the acts weren't coming they just stalled the crowd and it was s**t.

What happened to the artist, half didnâ??t show and those that did were late by hours and didnâ??t even give a full set. Food was expensive for what it was. Poorly organised, would not recommend.

there was missing acts, with no explanation why? felt like I paid for a dj and mud, food and drinks were also overpriced

I paid to see artists and some them failed to show and the rest were on for such a Short time it was a rip off! It would have made more sense for me and been cheaper to go to a club to listen to DJâ??s
