Review of The Vintage Explosion
OMG is definitely NOT an expression that I ever use, but in this instance:
Oh.
My.
God.
Wow, what a show
400 people, and the energy in the room felt like 4,000. And The Vintage Explosion topped that !
The lead singer, William Hitchell, has got the most dynamic voice, and the whole band just jams and rocks, the double bass player carrying his base all over the stage and head banging, Connor Smith the guitarist is as rocking, clean playing, and smooth as one could ask.
And wailing saxophone.
We don't have enough good jamming saxophone players in rock music anymore.
All ages in the audience.
Maximum happiness and good vibes all around.
The old Regal Theater has been lovingly and beautifully restored with a great sound system.
I think Hitchell said they are back at same venue on September 15
Run, don't walk, to see this hopping hot band.

Review of The Vintage Explosion
Music was amazing, the venue totally pants. Didn't cater for some of their target audience who were not so mobile and had fight to get an afterthought of a seat. These were the furthest away from the stage and subsequently, with people standing in front of them, had no view of the band. Had I known this restriction, I would not have booked this venue as my wife is registered disabled and had to sit in the bar area in the next room.

Band were phenomenal but the venue was average due to the standing only which I wasn’t aware of at the time of purchasing the tickets and it was far to warm quite a lot of people were standing outside the venue. No air conditioning.

Review of The Vintage Explosion
Venue was far too small for the crowd, made for a very uncomfortable evening. Gave up and sat in the bar area instead. And what is it with older generation recording everything, could barely see past the head never mind the phones held high 🙄

Could you please put me in contact with the promoter..this event was shocking. The music was brilliant but we had to leave 30 mins into the show as it was a standing only show with some seats around the perimeter which if you used one you couldn't see the band.
We were in the line of the beer, water and wine bar and had our toes stepped on a few times and a lady next to me had her walking stick knocked over a few times.
If there had been a fire or an incident goodness knows what would happen. It was not apparent that this was a standing show and we travelled for it and spent money on accommodation.
To be honest there were quite a few angry people there and what should have been a treat was nothing but a shambles. I would like a refund on my tickets..but I probably won't hear any more from you. Very disappointed 😞
