Seen lovely Laura a few time and always has been amazing but at lulu last night was a bit disappointing as she only performed for about 30mins and was on such a small podium you could only see if u were right at the front. In the event info it stated that she would be performing throughout the night which was not the case

although it was a good night i was disappointed as it is not what was advertised at all, the place did not open till 10, although tickets stated 9, they said the mad hatter would be there to perform tricks he was also a no show, and it was also stated there would be *****tails in tea pots, when i asked for one i was told that they were not doing them due to hygiene reasons and that i could still have a *****tail from a martini glass but the price will be the same as it would be from a tea pot, this made me grudge the money i paid as there were higher expectations set.

Was nothing except a basic night club! Drinks were expensive, there was no canon or anything in fact that said would be on. Was very dissapointed after spending £67 on tickets expecting more. At the bells there was no count down or anything to pre warn missed them, did not feel like New Year at all!! over all i would like to say the bouncers were great defo on the ball and friendly only thing that was nice about the night.

Very disappointed. This wasn't anything like it was described in the write up, and from being from manchester and not knowing the local area we relied on the write up.
Drinks was very expensive which isn't too much of a problem if they tasted good!! Mojito at 9 quid a pop and tasted disgusting, 2 mouthfuls and had to discard it. My partner has a tiny shard of glass on his drink which cut his mouth a little. We stayed for 20 minutes and had to leave.

Door staff were rude and obnoxious. Refused entry for asking about queue jump as it was included in the ticket.

This may sound harsh but it was the biggest waste of £32 I have ever spent. It took 30 minutes waiting in line to get inside, even with a ticket. The bouncer truly had their hands full with the crowds but they were allowing the loudest/grumpiest people through without cueing. In fact at one point it became a free for all and the cue didn't even matter anymore. Once inside, and that took a long time, it was literally packed to the brome with disgruntled idiots. It was New Years so that is to be expected; however, within three minutes I had two drinks spilt on me. All that aside, the music was disappointing and there was a bad definition between the dance floor and outer area which made for a lot of bumps and confusions to those dancing. All in all, miss managed, over crowded and I didn't stay more then 10 minutes. Took my money elsewhere instead, that is other than the £32 I wasted on entry. (All this being said it was New Years and that is always tough for bars to handle capacity and organisation wise)

Good night but it was advertised as having 4 floors & 4 different rooms of music when it was only 1...the other 3 rooms were attached to Tigerlilly upstairs who own Club Lulu but you couldn't get in without paying again so it was 1 floor and 1room!! And apart from the lady with the snake, the Twisted Circus element of the night was a major disappointment as it was advertised as having a lot more than what transpired.
