Loved the acts but security didn’t seem to have any control, while n dubs was on. Never been pushed about like that in my life

The drink was ridiculously over priced £28 for a bottle of cheap blossom hill and £5.50 a can of restrike larger not to mention the fact the headline act was on last supposed to start at 9.30pm but didn't get on stage until after 10pm so for people who had taxis booked they missed most of the healine Act

Payed for golden circle and was going really well, all my children wanted was to see N-Dubz the main event bought the tickets to make it a great experience for them for then the DJ to shout open the gate to let everyone into golden circle on the main part for N-Dubz coming out was shocking we ended up pushed my children took elbow to the chest and seen fights none of it would have happened if it just stayed fair people who pay more ended up getting pushed aside and fights happened, I understand bringing kids to a festival but to pay that much for our tickets to have all the happen we should have just paid the general admission price, it’s was disappointing, on the people who had paid all that money it was a birthday gift to my children we had plenty room until the main part it was totally out of order what not only me but a lot of others had to put up with.

The support acts were great but the main act wanted more people in the VIP area so let in the general ticket holders so we got trampled on at the front, hair pulled and assaulted, then got removed from the crowd so did not get to see the act. Very disappointed.

Really good, however vip's do not get own toilets as advertised when purchasing the tickets. The toilets are really grim

Ndubz refused To go on stage until the inner circle/ VIP gates were open for the full park.
They put lives in danger and all the inner circle and vip guests wasted their money on these tickets. Total rip off and dangerous

False information no private bar no private toilets basically payed extra money for absolutely nothing and as for the golden circle that was made no longer a golden circle due to them opening the gates to everyone that payed for standard tickets so myself and friends have been ripped off with not only money but the experience due to having to go to the back or get trampled on so I hope everyone is happy that layed for standard tickets because you got the experience us that payed for more expensive tickets should have and shame on n-dubz refusing to come out unless they where I
Open absolute shame on you I won’t be the first person to be complain and asking for there money back today that’s for sure.

Paid for VIP Tickets with luxuries, toilets were such poor state and quality from the start of the venue opening. And paying for vip tickets meant gold circle viewing of acts, only then N-Dubz stipulated that because that section was not full enough the barriers to be removed for everyone who paid cheapest basic ticket prices to be let in causing stampede and people being trampled on and attacked. This is disgusting in my views as why should we pay for the vip tickets to not get what we paid for. I would not recommend this event to anyone as our experience has causes upset and distress to our group.
