We paid for the circle and then they let everyone in the circle when n dubz come on which we couldn’t move and people was pushing us

My son was in hospital and you wouldn’t give me a refund coz I couldn’t go the amount I’ve purchased through this company and that how loyal customers get treat im disappointed and disgusted

Bbcc were s**t!! And the time space between acts there should have been atleast some sort of Dj playing to encourage the crowd for the next act.. but overall it was a good event.. n-dubz were amazing aswell as nathen dawe.. also the support djs leading up to the big names were really good too.. to be honest they were better than bbcc.. bbcc’s Dh was a better than them.. I only got the tickets for my boys to see bbcc.. and they were so disappointed.. they thought n-dubz were better and they didn’t have a clue who they were haha.. but over all it was a good day/night just bbcc we’re abit of a let down.. oh and also the fact that it was card only and no cash was disappointing too.. but given the chance I would go agen

Paying for VIP was a waste of time. Ndubz refused to go on stage until they opened the gates for non vip.

People were getting hit for protecting children. I myself had surgery on Wednesday and paid vip so I wouldn’t be pushed around by a huge crowd. N dubz had no right to endanger people lives by refusing to go on stage. Multiple fights happened also!

I want a refund.

I had paid for golden circle tickets and they removed the barriers so everyone from general admission pushed towards the stage and the crowds were very tight

People in vip paid a lot of money for then the rest of the outside genral admission to be let in because “ndubz” wasnt happy with the crowd and there was childen in prams in vip who got bombarded with people who were fighting was disgusting
