The music sounded amazing, it was sleek, it was sexy, it landed as hard as nails and threw out style like it was yesterday's dinner. I was loving it, hands in the air thumping every beat as it bounced, but I only got to hear about 5mins of it before the bouncers kicked me out because they caught my friend with w**d. That's right, my friend got caught with w**da and despite having nothing on me but the spirit to dance they took upon themselves to kick me out too.

The venue is amazing, top quality spot for ravers both near and far. Two wide open doors and a high ceiling ensure that the open air ventilation is smooth and constant throughout the gig. This means you can get your sweat on and cool down in seconds by stepping out for a ciggy, before jumping back in for round 99. Tis an absolute shame that I got to experience none of this because the bouncers mistook me paying for my half of the taxi fare as me handing my mate w**d.

Prices are very reasonable, especially with the first tier releases, heck for the show Jika Jika put on their top tier prices are cush. I just wish the bouncers had of let me see more than 5mins, I was getting my jam on, encouraging others to do the same, the vibes were rising and they plucked from it because they said I handed my mate the w**d.

The atmosphere was lit, the women were looking lush and the men tired their best too, smiles were flying, boats were swinging and I'd say them bouncers hady dodge about 3 er 4 of em swinging boats just so they could kick me out because "they seen me hand something to my friend after we got out of the taxi." Literally a quote.

So aye, I woulda loved it, woulda danced til that dancefloor could take no more, I would coulda shoulda but didn't cause the bouncers thought they needed protect everyone from my mates w**d, and thought that I handed it to him before going in. Sound.

I know this was a great gig, I just wish I could've been singing it's praises sincerely instead of sarcastically..

Here's to wishing for reasonable bouncers in the new year folks!
