Overall a really good festival. Managed to see lots of new bands, some great comedy and even got to see the Goonies at the cinema tent. Only down side was the morning cues for a cuppa/coffee. Would highly recommend Y Not.

We were in live in field, so paid extra but not adequate facilities, minimal amount of toilets for the amount of people. chemical waste was a joke unhygienic n disgusting.

Club class was well organised but the location was a little strange, I have mobility issues and it was quite a distance. You could not realistically expect someone to walk from the festival arena to use the toilet, or was that Plan!

so only used it once in the morning which makes it extortionate. And not what I expected

Club class exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of showers and toilets so there were either no queues or minimal queues. The showers were clean and warm and there was no time limit. The toilets were also very well kept.
The glam tent was a massive bonus being able to dry and straighten your hair without having the bring your own appliances. Having a club class ticket honestly made the entire festival experience a million times more enjoyable!

Glad to have access to private toilets, cleaned frequently, more washbasins to clean teeth / shave was needed as there was not enough room

WiFi needed across the site!!! Would be much easier to meet with friends, and much safer for anyone on their own.

Not worth the money! The hot showers, flushing toilets and hand soap were great but for £50 and with curfews was not worth it. Had the facilities been open 24/7 and on the Monday too I would’ve been happy.

I don't think I could have coped at the festival without Clubclass. Had a shower everyday. The service was close to the arena, so I did not have to travel far to access. The toilets were cleaned on a frequent basis and staff were friendly and willing to fix anything.

I think that the club pass was amazing however very expensive to say they shut at 11:00 PM and open at 9:00 AM. I think they should be available to use at all times as you are paying £40.00 extra to use the facilities, other than that I think they was great and I would definitely use them again.

The club class was very far from campsites, resulting in getting dirty walking back to the camp site after getting washed. There was always a que for the shower, maybe a few more may have helped. Ultimately not worth the price paid however the straighteners and hair dryers always worked.

The toilets were OK, better than portaloos and kept quite clean. However, the showers were absolutely amazing, best festival shower I've ever had!
