Two hour wait at bar. Able to get one drink allnite. Travelled and stayed at hotel. Will not be returning again. Waste of a night. Had more fun at my hotel.

Music excellent, venue needs attention and a good clean, not enough bar staff, 10 deep at all the bars! Most attendees were over 30, which contributed to a amazing atmosphere and a wonderful night out without any trouble or stress.

Some of the younger staff were out of their depth. Some need an attitude check.

The event was billed 10pm till 4am yet they played the last song at 3.30am and we were told that was that. People were not happy.

One bar had no brandy. Hello! Black people like brandy especially courvoisier.

Whilst I can appreciate that you can't always get a top venue ,the friary well so under whelming it was borderline ridiculous,how do you go from a club like pryzm to this place and expect to keep the good rep that you've built.the cloakroom or lack of it was a joke in its self,piling coats on chairs!. The bar staff were ill prepared and highly unorganised and it showed with patrons getting highly irritated with the time it took it took to get served . You can't ask people to dressed up then let people in like they've come straight from shopping,the venue has to be constructive as the dress code

The venue reminded me of a large pub with 3 room's
The event was advertised as 22.00 hrs to 94.00 hrs, however the music stopped at 03.30 hrs without a full explanation.
Seeing that this event was on your platform, I require a refund for miss advertising.
I will not recommend anyone to your platform until, I have my refund which will go someway in building confidence in your services.

Hi there, the event itself was great, there were a couple of things which let it down however; 1: the venue wasant as clean as it could have been, although we'll ventilated. 2: and more importantly, the system in the soul room was very poor, particularly against the background of the reggae rooms' system was spot on, this I feel was unfortunate, so perhaps a good test of the system before you go on air to ensure good sound quality is a must.

It was nice to see so many out of town faces in derby, and the vibe was nice. But it felt as though all the Djâ??s forgot Coconut was open in the 90â??s too. The lack of RnB/hiphop/soul for those of us in our 40â??s ruined my birthday night. It was like a 80â??s reunion. I shouldâ??ve brought my Dad out instead of my girls!

Only two djs in soul room and one was terrible one was excellent and did not play for long enough. Needed more bar staff. Lovely tunes now and again and good crowd. Toilets dreadful.

The venue it self was well below par for a mature crowd that came suited and booted. The dress code was smart dress yet people were in there wearing jeans and trainers. Was unable to put coats in the cloakroom as they had ran out of tickets.
I have to compliment the bar staff who worked really hard and dealt with the demanding customers
