The sellers didn't provide what they promised, changing what service they provided from the one I paid for and was promised in advance. The staff also tried manipulating me into taking the other option and into keeping chargers if they weren't empty (I was promised limitless charging). I had a poor and similar experience with them at last year's festival, too.

I paid for unlimited charging, however upon arival I was told that this was not the case despite my ticket clearly saying otherwise.

I was offered portable chargers at additional deposit cost or to leave my phone to connect to a portable charger in their tent.

I was not provided with the service I paid for, for the price I would in future suggest purchasing a high capacity portable charger.

Rented a locker, but had I know what they actually were I wouldn't have bothered. Taking this as a life lesson and won't be renting one at Bloodstock again . Rest of the event was great. Could have done with more seating and more shaded areas in the heat. Water was a life saver but the area just got too muddy and more toilets in each field would have been nice.

When I’ve used charging stations in other festivals, you’d leave your powerbank or phone in the locker and it would charge on the usb in the locker which assumed was powered to an ac port. These ones were being charged off power banks which were not good for charging larger power banks or even one full charge of an iPhone 12. Won’t be using again, would rather buy an expensive charge block than waste festival time picking up my power bank on barely 1/4 charge after 4-6hrs

I absolutely loved this event. this year was my first year of download and I enjoyed every day if it, so much so that I was compelled to get a tattoo about it. I really loved the music and the atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and everyone supported each other and personally, I felt very safe all weekend.
However, there were a couple of things noticed this weekend that I struggled with. for example, my partner and I came with a disabled and PA ticket and upon arrival, we were sent all over the site just to hunt down the location of our wrist bands. it took us over half an hour just to find out where we were going and when we finally got there, it took us an hour to get our wrist bands. the one other issue I saw was that *some* of the security guards didn't seem very engaged. one example of this is when a man, who had clearly had a lot to drink, fell over by my groups camp site and a whole handful of people came over to help him up and it wasn't until my friend actually called over the security (who were just by the gate a few meters away from the situation) that they decided to stroll over look at the guy who fell over, asked if he was okay, and walked back to the gate where he was standing. Apart from that, everything ran smoothly and my group and I had a really good time. the co op was great, some of the prices of the food trucks were extremely over priced but the food was good.

Charge candy at Download Festival were a life saver. Was so easy to go back every day to swap for a new charger. Only downside was that they didn't fully charge my phone. Most ot got to overnight was around 60% which is still better than having a dead phone.
The staff were awesome and there was more than one station to collect and drop off chargers from which made it so much easier.

Having one charger per day when they don’t even provide a full charge was irritating, but otherwise a good service that kept me going all weekend luckily. Overall 6/10 experience for me, need better power banks or more chargers for them

Power banks need to be bigger so they last longer and as a wheelchair users it would be extremely helpful where possible that they can put the stalls on level flat ground where possible and lower counter area so that I can use it by myself.

Absolutely amazing metal madness. I highly recommend you guys for keeping us charged up through out the festival! You never fail with the service both Download and Bloodstock ????
