Very friendly family atmosphere for all ages and much credit to the organizers for the facilities etc. Would have been better attended perhaps if the fliers and tickets had provided better info as to where it was and what time etc. Perhaps Skiddle should have advised better on this as it would also have been in their interest.

I was proud to be at the first ever Smile Festival in Sudbury last night. This event was so well organised, the bands were fantastic (especially Little Giants and Graeme Clark from Wet Wet Wet). Sore voice today from singing so load. Can't wait to see how this amazing little gem of a festival grows over the next few years. Don't miss Smile Festival 2018 !!

A fantastically organised event. the whole set up was very professional and Abbie had thought of every thing. Bands were great, there was plenty of space and a lovely atmosphere, Arran was truly smiling yesterday.

First year of what I hope will be a regular even held by a worthy charity. The event was held at Sudbury AFC and the facilities were very good as was organisation and event management. Food and drink were in plentiful supply at reasonable prices. Acts were first rate and the atmosphere was friendly. Attendance was a bit low but I hope this will rise year on year as the event gets more well known. Loved it.

The event was very well organised (well done Abbie!) and it was great venue. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind, which meant the crowds were small, but all that were there were relaxed and friendly.
Suggestion on the music: Acts will slower tempo ie Will Varley would be better in the afternoon and energising acts such as the guys from Wet, Wet, Wet in the evening - So dance music needed later to hold the crowds attention (and to keep warm!)

Suggestion: Use the Estate agents to advertise on their boards - several will do it and you only need to provide the names of locations that will allow a board to go up. They generally foot the bill for the printing.

Would I go again? Yes, absolutely!!
