No balloons. Ring entertainment lacked any sparkle. The wheel of death was not very deathly. Just four men walking round hamster wheels. Np music. Really disappointed…..especially at the price!

Very enjoyable day, pity the wind stopped the balloon spectacular. The only negative, maybe the club could have something to entertain the crowd in the "non balloon flying" time.

Not much there for £30 for a family and no balloons. Won’t be returning . The price of sweets and food was appalling and should be checked.

The site was about 1km away from the parking - they did put a bus on which was nice for those that needed it. The stools and rides were more geared towards children - which is great if you have children, but we didn’t. We walked the site within 10 minutes. We sat on the grass and waited for the balloon glow, after about 30mins a family walked past and said that they were using the balloons - this had not been communicated by the site team. Which was disappointing.

Entry price was great. Rides were overpriced. I understand that balloons can't go up if it's too windy however there was no plan in place if it was too windy. Balloons were supposed to be setting off at 6pm. 6.10pm and there were no balloons even setting up in an attempt to take off. Rather disappointing.

For the cost of entry into the festival the level of entertainment was poor considering the length of the overall day with not enough variety to warrant entry fee.
No plan was put into place for alternative activities if balloons could not go up.
Fair ground rides and food pricing excessive for day out and quality.

If you are going to have a Balloon event with no Balloons, you really need to provide some high class alternative entertainment. Entertainment was just so bad, food prices were crazy, the stalls at the show were of an awful low quality, the staff were non existent, signs into event were terrible.
Just so bad - I go to many events and am qualified in event management, I know what I'm talking about!

Terrible. There was no balloons at a balloon festival!!! Paid £30 for tickets to go and pay more money for fair ground rides and food!! Nothing else to do there. Spent a fortune to keep the kids happy as there was no balloons to look at so what was the point in going! Better off spending the £30 tickets on a day out somewhere fun with free things to do than paying it for the privilege to enter and then just spend more money on fair ground rides in a field.

Very little entertainment for adults and the actual inflation of the hot air balloons started far too late into the event. Not nearly enough activities to fill the 7 hour event.

Sadly, due to weather there was no balloons to be seen, our soul reason for going. Rest of the set up was too much like a travelling carnival crossed with a car boot/tacky market stall. Not what we'd hoped for but probably someone else's cup of team...maybe.

Only three balloons on Friday, no balloon launch complete waste of time. No point on staying for the balloon glow due to only having 3 and they could not inflate the balloons due to the cross wind. Anyone in Cheltenham can tell you that would be an issue at the racecourse. So perhaps a less windy venue would be appropriate so people can get their money’s worth?!?
