Absolutely fantastic afternoon and evening had by me and my husband. We're already planning to bring the whole family next year.

Hi i felt that the music at last years fantasia was better (apart from the jacksons this year who where great) I was disapointed that they was no explanation as to why matt cardle was not tehre and also it keep saying another act to be annouced and this never happened
You should have less essex djs there and have had the Bjorn Again doing a longer act as they where brillant . I feel for the amount of live groups there the vip ticket was to much ...Aldo i appreciate that there is mark up at the bar but £30 for cheap bottle of rose wine is outragous

The music was from my era I'm aged 74 and I fail to understand why I was in a queue to get in for over one and a half hours in direct sunlight ( 30 ° C +) on the hottest day of the year. I felt it was a disgrace to treat paying customers in this way. We were early for the event yet failed to see the early acts. The Soultasia festival was very badly organised. Just as we were about to collapse the que suddenly started to move very quickly and when we got to the entrance the security staff did no bother to check our tickets just our bags . You have lost our custom for any future events ! Alan Peck and Partner.

An amazing evening and the atmosphere was brilliant. Only complaint was the fact that you couldn't take in your own food or drink. Small plastic cup of c**e £2.50!!!!! As next year will be 9 hours long you should allow people to take in food and drink (at least water), especially if you have people with special dietary requirements.

Came last year to both Soultasia and Fantasia and enjoyed it. This year Fantasia had less acts (one didn't even turn up). We paid VIP and pretty much all you got was nicer toilets - no seats this year and no food in the VIP area and the drinks were a rip off as normal. The most concerning thing was lack of security - a group of youngsters got into the area towards the end of the night and were quite clearly high and started being disruptive. Security just couldn't cope with it so we left before the end of the Show as we felt uncomfortable. I don't think they would have coped if it had all kicked off.

The music was very good, however, that is the only positive. The VIP area was really non-existent apart from having to pay for it. There were no disabled facilities at all apart from 1 toilet, including no viewing platform so that people in wheelchairs could see the show. Disgraceful would be the best way to describe it and certainly the poorest VIP section ever. Rip-off prices at the bar, who were charging £5-50 for 1 x 440ml can of lager, D**k Turpin would have been proud of these charges. In addition your advertising stated very clearly that you could not take food or drink in to the venue. We observed that most people had their cooler boxes with food and drink they had brought with them.

The only thing I would say is there should off been more signs for the vip area and general area also some food tents should off been in the cup area

Attended this event 2 years running now and must say it was better organised in 2021. Music was good but better acts last year. Lovely friendly atmosphere but busier previous year. Disappointing end to the night, thunder storm hit and the staff kicked every one out of the covered area into the storm, there were children and a gentleman in a wheelchair included in those guests, shocking attitude and very poor customer care.

Long queues,!! Far too long between acts and hard to find the timetable before to plan who you wanted to see.
Would have been very good otherwise. You couldn’t help the weather!

Fantastic and canâ??t wait for next year. Only issue was queue for bar, seemed to be lack of staff and problems with payment terminals.

great event. rip off prices. you need to allow food into venue. cost of living is higher. you need to accommodate. took 1 hour to get out of car park. not acceptable. parking ticket a total rip off. they didn't event check! please have park and ride back from Sandon to maldon next year.
and please no not put 2 events on over 1 weekend. who's idea was that.... last year was a week apart. this year meant 2 events on 1 weekend, I had friends who couldn't even go to 1 of them because of childcare issues!!!!! please don't do that again.

Great event. rip off parking. no shuttle bus this year. please bring it back for next year from Sandon Park and ride to maldon. food way too expensive. can't even bring crisps in!! this needs to change. cost of living is extortionate now. you need to consider this. or these events will die a death. it was half empty this year. I know why....... people don't have the money now. cost of living, food, petrol, heating has made people budget and unless you make changes, you will not sell tickets.

RE: VENUE
Venue itself very good, easy to get to, parking good etc BUT issue with BAR......Went last year and enjoyed it greatly but my complaint would have been not sufficient bar staff for 11,000 people, which i hoped would be rectified this year as in queue for 45mins everytime last year.

Was looking forward to event as was my birthday BUT there were no railings for bar queue so free for all and thenALL the card machines were broken so only pay cash and there were only 2 designated staff that could take the cash in one of the BAR tents...it was a joke, people getting frustrated. I missed most of sister sledge and shalamar waiting in a queue. THis needs to get sorted for next year as so many people were very disappointed of the situation plus so many did not have a great deal of cash (post covid). BAR prices ridiculous as well as no drinks in fridges and when we wanted to buy cans they insisted on opening them in case we threw them at stage or each other....i'm 55 and the average age was 45-50..!!!!so this only exasperated things as i only got 2 drinks due to bar queue ALL evening... Was not the birthday event i was hoping for. Maria

Really food fun and well organised. Staff were helpful and no queuing for anything!
