Review of cinch presents Creamfields South
Difficult obtaining upgrade tickets: no contactless, no facility to upgrade online or via bacs, initial payments rejected once attempted!
Once in, really great vibe!! Gold vip hospitality was a nice touch. Music venue and atmosphere were really great!!

Toilets were always clean, bit of an issue with water supply to the taps in the toilets but no big deal with the taps outside and hand sanitiser. Showers were warm and not busy at any point - much nicer experience than at creamfields north!

I have used club class at sundown festival and I think it was all set up a lot better at creamfields. It was all cleaner and more organised and in general a lot better. However I think the price was a little bit steep considering they are not open on the Sunday to use before coming home.

The festival was great but this toilet service was beyond awful. I went up there with both a valid ticket on my Skiddle app and the booking confirmation email.
They tried to turn me away as their scanner wouldn’t work (how is that my fault?) I understand they need to validate peoples tickets but how can I show 2 proof of purchases plus the transaction on my debit card and they still trying to turn me away?
After a heated back and forth with one of their particularly rude members of staff, the other employee who seemed like a manager came in and agreed with me and I was allowed in. After this the rude initial employee I dealt with turned to him and went ‘what’s the point in letting him in’ - I had to bite my tongue extremely hard not to continue an argument. I suggest you have a word with this service and address that member of staffs awful attitude.
The festival was a success but could’ve been ruined by this rude prick

Toilets and showers were always really clean throughout the whole weekend and the staff were really nice, one improvement might be to keep them open longer than 11 as it’s not enough time to use them after the headlining acts are finished. I think the price was also alittle bit much but was worth it considering the state of the other toilets

Good showers as expected and the staff nice enough, however the ques for the male loos where a joke and took to long, 45 mins one morning and the female toliets where left empty / queless. Maybe a gender neutral approach would of seen shorter ques.
Also would of been good to know in advance where the clubclass was loacted before arriving so we could pitch up near by.
Pamper lounge had no seats and no products to use which we assumed by the pictures.
Was always kept clean by the staff who seemed to clean the loos after every use, which was slowing the que speeds.

£55 for 2 showers is a bit ridiculous tbh. Was closed on the Sunday before everyone goes home when you could really do with one. Queues were huge every morning. Wildly overpriced for what you get and the fact that the festival doesn’t provide any form of free showers is ridiculous. Poor performance on that front but the festival was live
