It's very expensive for what it is. The dinosaurs are great but it's max 90 minutes of entertainment and at the end there's one free bouncy castle and then a load of very expensive "fair" type stuff. You're much better off spending the same amount of money and going to Marsh Farm or Wyvern Wood and getting a whole day of entertainment.

Prior to arrival I emailed to ask if we could bring the dog, I was told yes then upon arrival security said we couldn't bring the dog in. He said it stated on the ticket dogs were not allowed. I looked at the ticket and there was nothing on there about dogs not allowed. Also the security had no SIA licence or evidence to suggest he was a trained security guard. The tickets were alot of money to essentially walk round a field looking at dinosaurs. It took me and my daughter all of 10 minutes to walk round.

Great day but few disappointments:
Short staffed, poor girl doing bouncy castle on her own and trying to hand out the prizes from the trail and lady doing teeth brushing had to leave it unattended to do the Rexi walk around, kids were going over the chain to to brush the Dinos teeth!
We came for the 10am slot and they’d run out of the trail activity sheet, my daughter was upset, she still got a prize at the end but wanted to take part. The bouncy castle was wet! The ‘latte’ was made with powdered milk that didn’t dissolve. The fun fair next door was pricey and positioned so you had to walk through it, and couldn’t avoid. The Dinos were amazing! So life like and the kids were in awe, great woodland setting added to the atmosphere.

Amazing animatronic dinosaurs, but didn’t receive the free gift for completing the dinosaur word trail. The fun fair and food stall was over priced and a very costly day out!! Staff not very welcoming which was disappointing. The free activities were really good but didn’t get long on them before having to queue up again. A good place to take kids who don’t mind waiting and queuing for the rides, activities and have money to spend.

Letting young children see a fairground BEFORE they have seen what parents have paid a considerable amount of money to take them to is wrong. I saw lots of kids disinterested in the dinosaurs because of the bouncy castle !! Put the rides at the end by all means. But out of initial sight as it spoils it for many.

Dinosaurs were ok. Nothing special I’m afraid. End destination of fun fair and food stalls very tired and a bit of a rip off when you’ve already paid so much money for entry. Very few ‘free’ things to do with rides costing £3 or more per go and balloons at £6. A very expensive few hours out.
