I booked a place at the event several hours before the event was due to take place and paid £20.04 by credit card via skiddle.com, shortly after payment had been taken I was informed that my place had been cancelled since one or more women had cancelled. I was told that my credit card would be refunded, yet one week later I am still awaiting my refund!

Excellent night! Manager and bar staff were great, music was awesome dancers were seriously hot and the face/body painting was a good touch.

Was ideally situated in the centre of town which made it an ideal choice to attend. Attended with some friends and we all enjoyed the experience. We were made to feel welcome, had the process explained and were good to go. It was set up well and the evening went quickly and was enjoyable. It was a sell out event which highlighted it's popularity and I can see why. I would definitely do it again :-)

We enjoyed our evening at Missoula, the drinks were unbelievably cheap & that's all we really wanted as we were moving on to another location after a few hours. However, we paid £6 each for the tickets but when we arrived at 7pm no entry fee was being charged. So if we'd have simply walked in off the street we would have had the same drinks deals & would have saved £48! When we arrived we were told our table was booked for 9pm when I have an email to confirm our booking from 7pm. In all fairness a lady sorted us a table straight away which we were comfortable in but 9pm came & we weren't asked whether we'd like to be moved to our other table. We were told we'd receive free feather boas & masquerade masks (which we didn't) & that there would be a photo booth at the venue but we didn't see this nor were we told where it was. We were surely within the first 100 customers through the door as there was only about 20 people in there when we arrived but we didn't receive our free glass of bubbly as advertised. & only after my friend asked twice did we receive the free bottle of sparkling Perry (because there was 6+ of us). We are genuinely not concerned about not receiving the "freebies" but if you're going to promise things to customers then you should deliver. In hindsight I wish I'd just walked into Missoula off the street as we would have had exactly the same night except I'd be £50 up!

I had a great time, thank you. The ****tails were amazing and I really appreciated 2 for 1 promo. I wish I was able to drink more ;) One of the two dancers (wearing red/black, dancing in the second row) was doing a great job. I hope she will get rewarded well. Happy New Year! ;)
