Really cold in venue freezing tbh also my son and a lot of others didnât get any interaction from the dinosaurs they donât get many children involved mainly only the ones at the front which is unfair for others coffee and drinks van electric went so no one could get any warm drinks show didnât go on for long as was over not the best wouldnât go again

A wonderful afternoon with Teachrex. An immersive experience that had my Dino mad boy roaring one minute to shaking in his boots the next. It was really well organised and we can't wait to come again. Excellent value for money. From one teacher to another, diolch yn fawr.

Great show, delivered by a very knowledgeable team who made it fun for both children and adults. Lots of dinosaurs and quick interactive games that kept the kids engaged. My 5yo dinosaur mad nephew loved it. Reasonably priced

kids loved the dinosaur show. disappointing there was no food available. only one small van for drinks with one person serving- big queue ð paid £51 for family of 5 then £3 to park on a bit of scrap ground! overall show was good. venue could do better

Review of Depot
I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed by the staff and security at the depot.
The Saturday dating the 17th of this month. Me and my boyfriend (18 years of age) travelled for one hour from Port Talbot to go see the Shangri-La Presents Hannah Laing (Welcome to the Doof) event. We had tickets from my parents as a Christmas gift and was so excited to see Hannah Laing again.
We got to the depot and me and my boyfriend was separated into different cues (Female and Male cues) which was okay at the time. We both scanned our tickets and got through okay. Until we reached the end of security before entering. I received a phone call from my boyfriend stating that he wasn’t allowed in. I was so confused by this as we did everything right. Until he mentioned that he wasn’t allowed in due to his trousers??? As we was separated I went to meet him to which then he was standing with one of the security guards. The security stated he wasn’t allowed to wear the trousers he had on. I thought there was an issue with checking pockets for items that would not be allowed into the depot. But no, the security guard said that he was wearing “joggers” and that they were “scruffy” so he couldn’t let him inside the depot.
Which is utterly disgusting to name someone as “scruffy” because of something they wear. When infact the trousers were not even “joggers.”

The website the trousers are from states that they are “Dri-Fit Track Pants” with no mention of “joggers”.
Infact, they are nylon material which typical joggers are not made of.
With the trousers costing £50 I don’t think they can be labelled “scruffy”.
To add to this, we both knew there was a dress code when entering the depot. “No joggers or caps are permitted”. Even though there was no mention of a dress code through Skiddle, where the tickets were purchased from. Anyways, me and my boyfriend thought nothing of our outfits as we was not wearing either “joggers or caps”. Also seeing many other males wearing the exactly same trousers we thought it was absolutely fine.
Following the security guard stating we wasn’t allowed in because of trousers. He told us to go back to Cardiff town at 6:30pm in the pouring rain to buy other trousers or shorts. Then we could come back in. At 18 years of age and also not from Cardiff we had no idea where to go and were stranded, soaking wet in the middle of no where.
My parents were extremely upset and disgusted by this with them wasting £62 for the tickets they bought us as a gift.
The security guards and staff at the depot were also extremely distasteful and rude. Not understanding at all.
We will never be back. I hope you can update and improve their customer service and respect for future customers.
