Alexander Head - A tarmac car park with very little grass area and no comfort - toilet facilities pretty dire and drink prices beyond belief e.g. Brewdog Lost Lager - supermarket price £1.25 for a 440ml can if you buy a 12 pack. So the hospitality company probably purchased in bulk at under £1.00 per can. I expect a mark up but £7.00 per can!! "come on" what a complete and utter unnecessary rip off - Cardiff Bay Series never again for me - much higher than even London prices "who do they think they are" biggest drinks rip-off I've ever seen and just taking the p**s

Music was fantastic, my only criticisms of the day was the toilets.. absolutely disgusting 🤮 could smell them before you got in them and the managing of people trying to leave the venue. We were locked in and not allowed to leave for about 20 mins. This was not only frustrating as people needed to catch trains, taxis , mini buses etc but was actually quite scary as the crowd were close to rioting with some who started kicking off with security as we we’re finally allowed to leave. It’s a shame because it put a downer on an awesome night .. chemical brothers were awesome tho!

The music and show itself was amazing but the venue is awful. Hard standing for hours on end, huge queues. very crowded. The bass seemed to cut out between the support DJs and main act which meant for the Chemical Brothers the sound was very tinny and painful on the ears. I won't go back there again.

The sound coming from the speakers when the chemical brothers were playing was horrendous. Really strange as well because the DJ sets from DJs on before them sounded fine. It was hard to even tell which song was playing most of the time. I saw them in Edinburgh last year and they were amazing so it's a shame that the speakers have let the set down.

Scooter and all supporting acts were amazing !
V.I.P area was a disgrace terrible view from left corner . The drink selection was poor cheap & overpriced. When upgrading it state premium drinks offers ? Cheap vodka cider & larger NO international larger brands. I really can't express how much the vip upgrade is not worth it. Me & my partner only used the bar for quicker service then went back out for better view. Overall great night back feel robbed paying for so called vip experience but being from belfast only visiting cardiff for a few days I didn't know what to expect but clearly the locals new how bad the vip area is as you could still buy a upgrade on the night. AWFUL planning.

Scooter was great, terrific. However the VIP element inpaid for was poor, a viewing area to the left hand side of the stage , you didn't get a better view. Toilets were ropey, uneven flooring and difficulty in using the cubicle as not big enough for an adult to use.

I bought VIP tickets due to promotion of "Exclusive front of stage Viewing Area getting you closest to the artists" plus "fast track entry". We arrived 20 minutes before the entry rime and asked about the fast track entry to be told to join the already long que and there will be vip entrance further down the line. This was no different to general admissions. Then we get into the vip area and the exclusive front of stage area was to the extreme right of the stage edge. Wide enough for about 8 people with an extreme edge view of the stage. General addition was lined up along the full width of the stage where they saw the entire set. We could just see the lead singer from afar. When I questioned what we paid the extra £35/head for, we were told it was for the "luxury" toilets and some benches. £7.20 a pint and £12 for a 10" pizza then proved to be an expensive night for a partial view.
