Just too small a venue for such a huge event, it costs you 3 times more for MCM London and it's about 20x the size. I realise this is the first of it's kind but I felt let down by the event.

A good effort for a first try; will likely improve as it becomes more established. The problem lies in that it's rather small scale (which is to be expected) so doesn't take as long to see everything as say London Comicon so if possible needs to offer more activities and attractions to pass the time.

Was disappointed was not much there at all, been to a few local ones ,the smallest I have been to seeing as Canterbury is a big city in half an hour was done, and went round a couple of times

Venue was to small!
I had heard wonderful things about folkstone comic con thought Canterbury would be even better, was deeply disappointed.

I know it's the first year of the event but the venue was too small and not much to look at was done in 10min! and tickets overpriced I have been to events in Folkestone and Herne Bay which ticket price was worth the money I hope they take onboard if they do this next year.

I had a really lovely time and made some new friends :) the hall was a bit small but what do you expect for a first time at one of these! Hopefully, the positive response will call for a larger venue next year!

It was a good first effort. Enjoyed it. Only one minus point - not many stands with comics ! At a comicon ! Apart from that, for an event this size, good stuff.

Could have used a bigger venue as it was quiet small. Only took us 40 mins to look round it all.

Was planning to spend most of the day at the event but it only took an hour and a half to look round. So then had to wait around in Canterbury before I could get a lift home.

Everyone was helpfull and friendly, although, it was a very small venue, but I'm sure it will grow.

There was a fight in front of us between 2 guys who both support England... You should control more who let you in.
Also we could´t see clearly the screens.

The event was excellent. It had the atmosphere of being at a stadium and made the evening thoroughly enjoyable. Well organised, great idea for the drinks tokens, made getting refreshments so much quicker. Thank you.

One of the best nights I've had out to watch a football match atmosphere was best ever would recommend this to any one!
