Overall a very unique, exciting experience, there is never a need to worry about missing on different types of clothing as they are always re-stocking the racks, very good finds, as I found big brands such as Fila, Champion, Tommy Hilfiger and Lacoste.

Really packed when I went and found it hard to browse through the dresses as they were all so close together. However really enjoyed it and am happy with the clothes I got.

They needed to limit the amount of people entering at one time...it was so busy you could not move. Also not a good idea having the entrance and exit of payment in the same place...caused big queues inside the venue.

The organisation could have been a bit better. The racks shouldn't be against the wall and there should be some limit to people in the venue to prevent congestion.

Some of the clothes were really nice however music was very repetitive and it was so busy you could hardly walk.

A lot of pushing and shoving to get their hands on the pieces they want but that's what you'd expect from these sort of events! Loved it especially when the song Mambo No.5 came on while I was browsing through the racks. My friend and I got separated halfway through and we couldn't find each other in the crowd and had to phone each other😂. But overall, really loved the experience and managed to get some pieces that we liked! And as there was a crowd at the sportswear section , one of the staff was quite fast-thinking enough and called out to these people to keep moving instead of just staying at that one spot so that the people behind could have a chance as well. He even told the people waiting for the sportswear section to form a queue and I must say that I was really impressed to see some order amongst that chaos.

There was a constant stream of visitors and I was pleasantly surprised to see how the team dealt with it. However, I was really disgusted by how uneducated, even uncivilised and disrespectful most people were. Despite this, the team never failed to remain professional as well as impressively efficient and helpful. Well done and thank you Preloved Kilo, I'm impressed!
