I hate writing negative reviews, but my god....it's all just soooo badly organised.

Booked for a speed-dating event in May. That was cancelled and re-arranged to June. Alright, things happen. The venue then got changed....no big deal, doesn't really impact me. The day finally comes, and I got cancelled last night with a few hours notice.

Lads, prepare to have your intelligence insulted when they text you to cancel your spot. There will be the classic PR excuse of "we can't predict when cancellations will happen", when in reality it's clear they simply didn't sell an equal ratio of tickets, and decided to hold off on letting anyone know until the last minute (you can literally see the number of tickets remaining on the website, it's not hard to see ahead of time). Also, prepare for a nice 4-6 week wait until the next event with the exact same age range. Want to change to a different event with a slightly different age range, that might happen sooner? No worries, but you'll be at the back of the queue of attending guys for that event, and likely to get bumped a second time when the whole charade repeats itself.

Can't speak for the event itself....for all I know, it could be awesome - I'll let y'all know if I ever actually get to one. Dating apps are the worst, but the simple process of trying to go to a speed dating event seems to come in at a close-second. My advice? Book a ticket about 6 months in advance....somehow change your sexuality....or move to a Monastary.
