Was not even let in as was queueing for 10 mins and ID was about to be checked a few mins after last entry and refused to let us all in even though we had been waiting

Staff were rude at the door didn't let 20% of people in at least, my whole friend group got split up because they wouldn't let us in even though we gave consent for full body search. Ruined mine and my friends new years when we travelled all the way from the Essex. Do not recommend. Over £150 wasted on our tickets for rude staff.

Took over an hour to get in so we missed most of S.P.Y which wasn't ideal. Drug dogs on entrance. Drinks were around £10 each which put me off.

Such a small venue, was too light for most of the event, low roofs on the ground floor made it difficult to see the stage from the sides, overcrowded.
