Shocking. Very un-organised, took ages to get to front of que and when I did get there they turned me away for wearing shorts. (Even though I asked them before hand and showed the man proof of this). So had to go back to hotel which cost me £30 to change, to then go back to the venue and que again!! This took over an hour. And then got told I couldn't wear my jacket for some un-known reason so had to leave that buy the door( as I wasn't going to que up again). After I arrived inside I saw someone else with the exact same jacket! Ruined my entire night will not be going bass jam again, very disappointed.

Had a great night but a few bad points. The initial queue was ridiculous, no order to it at all just crushing and pushing. The music in the venue simply wasn't loud enough as you could hear others speaking. The token system at the bars is ridiculous.

The music was great, but the queueing system, searching system, drinks buying system and general organisation of the event was appalling. Price of drinks was outrageous too!

Queueing was completely unorganised and entry time was ridiculous. Took 1 hour 40 minutes to get inside, followed by a ten minute queue for tokens and a 15 minute queue a drink. Missed the first few dj's I wanted to see. Token system is terrible and means if you want one drink you have to spend at least 10 quid. Music was good so not all bad but organisation of event borders on pathetic, no concern for the customer only interest in money.

Took 2 hours to get in! And a hour and half to get a drink. Exploit was much more organised at the venue.
