We bought 2 bottles of grey gose vodka and the 2nd bottle they give us already open ,we ask for the new one and the flavour was strange and very bad 'baasicly we don't know what quind of alcohol was inside

Unfortunately i was very disappointed me and my girlfriend got tickets because we thought r was a ticket event only, we rushed our food before to get there on time as we was told refusal of entry can happen even with tickets. As you can understand getting around is hectic new years eve. We got there on time with my e-tickets ready and the bouncer did not even ask for tickets, nor did any staff. What dissapointed me more was the fact my friends were with us and they did not have tickets for the event and they were let in completely free!! Me and my girlfriend paid 15 pounds each for tickets which were not even asked for at the door. I just think it devalues the experience and being let in without even asking us for tickets which were expensive i was shocked. My friends got im for free, where as me and my girlfriend thinking it was a ticket only event got to the door for the bouncer and staff to just let us in with no questions ask.

Champagne on arrival was a nice touch, friendly and helpful staff , nothing was too much trouble ! Waitress was tentative whilst we were having our meal and food was superb! Entertainment magician was fantastic! Music was appropriately chosen throughout and very smoothly transformed from dinner jazz to club classics! Definitely recommend ! Thanks for a wonderful NYE!
