Staff were rude , paid £22.50 online but on the door it was free , couldn’t understand why me and all my friends paid that when he was letting people who didn’t have tickets in for free, when questioning the staff he was very rude and was swearing, very unprofessional

If you want to have a good night, do not go here - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID and save your money!

They serve over priced, supermarket own weak drinks. They only care about making money and have no interest in you having a good time.

I had a bad night after spending a lot of money on a table. I complained to two different managers - Jak and Georgia and one of the owners Ed. While they responded initially to my complaint, they stopped when I explained all the things I was not happy with. Lost count of how many emails I sent. Having read reviews online, it seems I am not the only one that has been ignored. Terrible night, awful management and an owner that clearly does not care about his customers.

There are much nicer venues to go to in Birmingham and ones that wont rip you off.

Easily the best night I have ever had in Birmingham!!
Really made me feel special for my birthday and all the girls had such a good time!
The atmosphere is insane, the package we got was so good for what we paid for and they even gave us BIRTHDAY shots!!! The staff are lovely and looked after us all night.

We arrived later than the ticket we had so had to put £10 each. A double Malibu was £10 and the lemonade used was poured of if a Tesco bottle ! Disgraceful prices

Quirky little venue, nice deco and good music if you're into house like me. However, anyone who doesn't pay for a table or booth is quite isolated, and drinks are expensive (£10 for a double). Unless you've got quite a bit to spend or don't like to drink much out, I think there are better alternatives in Brum.

Poorly organised, after moving locations the old venue was still listed as the primary address. 40 minute queue to get in the door, even with tickets. People paying at the door were given priority over ticket customers. Venue is small, with little unpaid seating, a single waiting and dance area. Tables around the dance floor made it hard to move and made drink sp***s common. Music was often slow and not fit for dancing, and was played far too loud for comfortable listening without ear protection. Staff seemed clueless and rude, not knowing how to handle the crowds or queues. Bar was understaffed and I was unable to get a drink in the hour I was there. Floor was sticky and the atmosphere was poor. We left to have a better night at home within an hour of being let in.

Purchasing tickets from skiddle makes the table situation unrealistic. You purchase tickets for a table for 4 people and on arrival your given a high table in the middle of dance floor with no chairs. Just think this needs to be explained beforehand. Everyone gets confused who’s table is whos, they get pushed about or moved throughout the night, everyone is using your table to dump there empty cups and half way through the night it was just taken off dance floor completely. Suppose if I was told what the table included beforehand I just hoped for a seat as I’m a bit out of practice in my heels. Otherwise I enjoyed the night.

Originally booked a table for 5, costing each of us £50 to secure a seat, didn’t mind the price, as it was my 20th birthday. I then added an extra person, so in total we paid £300. Upon entry everything seemed great, and I had very high expectations due to the social media hype around the venue. The C**ktail jugs were rushed out without asking in the first 1-2 of hours of being there, and sadly they tasted like pure fruit juice, which was very disappointing. Considering we had changed to a table of 6 prior to the day, I don’t think we were given adequate drinks for the number of people, as we all only managed to get about 3ish glasses of juice out of the 2 jugs. Once those jugs were whisked away, we were then presented with the expensive drinks menu, which after already feeling robbed I refused to purchase anything from.

The lack of quality beverage provided for the price point was the first disappointing part of my trip to boogie shed.

Next was the food, it was only meant to be a small bite to eat, and SMALL it was!!! There was not enough for everyone in the group to have even one of each little snack provided, sharing a mini mozzarella stick with ur mate is not what you expect for £50! We also weren’t asked if any of us were veggie, which included myself and almost half our group.

The girls toilets also had no loo roll, and toilets with no working lights?!

After a few hours wandering what the hell we just paid £300 for, we decided to leave. Such a shame, as it was meant to be the main event of my birthday, and I was left feeling guilty all my friends had paid £50 each to endure a couple hours of drinking juice and sharing appetisers.

I like the way the venue looks and the girls serving the drinks were lovely, but apart from that it was a pretty crap night.

Bought a table, didn’t get a table and they didn’t bother sorting it so we couldn’t see the euro final and had to leave to watch it after waiting outside for an hour because they couldn’t decide how they wanted everyone to queue

Terrible place, braindead management, screen was awful, none of the staff had a clue what was going on, paid ?25 each for a table so I guess they won in the end, we left after 5 minutes (the bouncers were good guys fair play)
