Review of Black Parade - 00\'s Emo Anthems & Chop Suey! Nu-Metal Anthems
I thought the Djs in both rooms were extremely poor. The transitions (or mixing) between songs were non-existent and their ability to structure the night musically was terrible. Its almost like they just played whatever song they happened to pick up or pop into their mind at the time. There was a massive lack of variations in the bands selected. I wondered between the two rooms a little bit in the night and still managed to hear 5 slipknot songs in the metal room and 4 paramore songs in the emo room. To hear the same band more than twice with in the 4 hours makes me feel the DJ are lacking in imagination and varaitions. There are many many bands out there....look some of them up.
The non-alcoholic option seems to lacking, £2.50 for a c**e i think it way to expensive, especially when it didn't even taste like actual Coca-Cola or Pepsi. It tasted like one of those cheap knock off Rola Cola types.
