The actual venue was alright although totally not meant for concerts. It didn't feel like a concert at all more like some sort poorest organised local band gig which was very frustrating as performer is actually a very well-know and respected music figure. Also, actual organisation was very poor with doors opened over an hour late and all that time we had to stand in a queue in the middle of the hallway of the hotel which felt really embarrassing for me as well as I could notice actual hotel guests giving bad looks as it was pure inconvenience and situation for them. I have been to exactly the same concert of this music band earlier this year in Vilnius, Lithuania and everything was literally on point and was ran so smoothly, so I never expected for concert organised in UK to be so bad. Overall, I would not attend any of the future evens organised by this events team and would not suggest them to any of my friends as it was a very frustrating experience overall.

Dj was playing longer then the concert it self !!! And i came to watch a concert!!! It felt like cheap disco...waste of money...the hall was way to hot no AC...

Rukki Vvehr, late playinf by 1 &1/2 hours. Then played for only 38 minutes! Disappointed and angered a lot of people who travelled a long way to see them. Robbed of a good time because they were hungover! Refund required!!!! Disgusted

It was bad organisation! Too long time to wait until start to go in. And concert was very short! All information before was changed shortly!

But it was great to see Ruki werh in live 👍🏼 I enjoy the music. Was great!

Just other people in public was nasty and rude! Pushing others all the time!!!

Palace, sound, light efects was very good. But needed to organise better. And artist can sing longer.
