Absolutely disgusted with the customer service of this place.
Booked a table for my boyfriends birthday, had it all confirmed over Instagram DM, sent a deposit and was told that it all had been confirmed.
Day of arrival, we turn up at the club ( bearing in mind we had traveled 3 hours to get there) to be told on the door we had no table. Without any further information. We then asked if we could just go in without a table and the stuck up woman on the door denied us entry.
Beyond angry with the way she handled this situation, no empathy and no compromise. Completely ruined my boyfriends birthday.
However, was letting other people in.
The Woman was beyond rude, horrible blunt attitude and was unable to provide us with an explanation as to why we wasn’t allowed in after booking and confirming way in advance.

My boyfriend felt like he was subjected to racial profiling. After being a black group in particular. Being stereotyped for whatever reason, this was NOT on.

I don’t usually write reviews but this woman was bottom barrel. Would not expect this from someone who was representing ChinaWhite. Extremely disappointed in this club and this worker in particular.

she wasn’t there for very long and music was rubbish

As we got there we were wondering where she was going to perform as there was no stage, just small VIP areas, Young MA cane on for 10 minutes performed 3 songs and left. The pushing and squashing was ridiculous as no 1 could see her as she was on the same level as us. Stories should not have used their venue to host such a successful artist knowing they could not facilitate.

Was not allowed in even tho we called them and asked them if we are allowed to wear vans honestly the most ridiculous thing ever . They know that we called them but they didn’t give us a reason why we were not allowed to go to the club
