Kept outside in a queue from 17.10 to 18.00 only to be told the event was then cancelled.

Show was cancelled die to electrical fault at venue. Queued outside for 40 mins before 6pm start time. No update until 6:30,choice of refund via app or reschedule for another date. Poorly managed and very unprofessional all round

Event was cancelled waiting on rescheduling as a refund is not good enough when ur child has been buzzing with excitement for nearly 2 months, would of been nice for the organisers of the even to explain the cancellation to us instead of sending someone out to let the person at the front of the que know it’s cancelled to pass it on down the que. Poor girl standing at the front of the que surrounded by people wanting an explanation
