If this had an age limit on for nwwborn to 6 years old it would have been okish. My lil ones are 9&7 and they were pretty bored with what was available. I understand it is a first time event of something like this at the venue but this should have been reflected in the price also. I would have been pretty annoyed had I paid the gate entrance fee and not the online fee as we had to pay for everything once inside and it wasn't cheap either.

Unfortunately I was completely disappointed from start to finish. Initally was advertised as limited amount of cheaper tickets from yourself, so booked them with a booking fee. Then we invited more people and found out that The Co-op were selling them cheaper than I paid. When we arrived there was only a few stalks to which we had to pay for our son to take part. Hook a duck was a plastic large bowl on the floor with hardly any water. Saw Mickey & Minnie Mouse and the costumes were very tired and the people in them didn't really play the part. There was Disney music played in between chart songs which I didn't think was appropriate for a family fun day. We stayed for 40 mins then left. Feel robbed and waste of my money.

Never left a review b4 but must say this was an absolute let down for the price, luckily we bought our tickets online which cost us £18 for family of 4 if I'd have paid on the gate at £8 each I would have asked for my money back it was advertised with BBQ and bouncy castles fun stuff to do there was a snack bar serving cheap burgers and hot dogs bouncy castles at £3 for 10 mins and t cups at £2. We saw mike and sully but left b4 Elsa came on kids bored to tears. Seeing the adverts for it thought it would have been massively entertaining sadly not !!

Event was ok but wouldn't do again due to the entrance fees for adults as well as kids. Charging for kids was more than enough especially after having to pay for everything else once inside (bouncy castle/hook a duck/rides/sweets/ice creams/drinks etc.)
I understand that the Disney characters/entertainers would have to paid for but still think charging for kids would have been enough.

I hate to write messages like this but I feel the need to on this....

I am totally appalled by the Disney Fun day!
I booked tickets at the early bird rate, meaning that for myself and my 3 children it cost me £18 to enter!!! (They add £1 on to your purchase doing it through Skiddle)
I booked my tickets because the event was advertised well and because upon reading the comments that the club wrote in response to some of the questions asked in your advertising, it was said to be a premium event!!!
Firstly, if Belle and Elsa were not due to attend the event until 2.30pm, why was this not advertised? We arrived at 12noon so that we didn't miss any of the fun things planned!!! And ended up completely bored!!
The characters were appalling, looked nothing like what they should and quite honestly were embarrassing!!! It was Iike a free for all, parents we're pushing their children to the front whilst my well mannered children got pushed and knocked over whilst waiting for a turn! All it needed was one person to ensure there was a queue and that children waited their turn!
The most appalling part of the event was the man selling the number tickets to try and win a giant toy! He doubled up the tickets you bought (so for £5 you got 20 tickets instead of 10) but he counted the tickets out for the children and obviously knew he was only giving them even numbers (when you needed one with an odd number) He conned my 10 year old into repeatedly having another go after shouting 'the next person to have a turn will win a teddy anyway' and she spent £16 and was given her tickets and not allowed to pick her own!!! And of course she did not win and was upset when she realised the man was cheating so she wouldn't win!! That, as well as the fact that he was constantly smoking whilst at his stall is an absolute disgrace!!!
There was nowhere to sit, nothing to do that didn't cost a fortune and it felt like waiting to be hung!!! Even the tea cups was ridiculous, if 1 child went in a tea cup it was £2, but my 3 went in a tea cup and it cost me £6 (the oldest only had to go on to make sure the little ones stayed seated)
We ended up leaving at 2pm after spending £50 whilst there as well as the £18 for our tickets.
The food was about the best thing there!

Really disappointed in the event that we were so looking forward to 😔
