Still Rocking after 50 plus years

In 2022 we saw our 50th year in business serving the area up with some great nights of entertainment with plenty of dancing, drinking and enjoyment.

A huge milestone for any company but more so in an industry that has been hammered from all side over the decades and first to see a downturn when the old purse strings get tightened as they are just now.

Through it all we have endured, enhanced and made the experience of coming to the venue for Live Music and Nightclub action the best it can be with a massive array of beverages to suit a variety of tastes and budgets.

However it takes a massive amount of effort not just from the Rock Crew team but you the ones who make it all worthwhile and happen every weekend. The people make the Dread what it was, is and will be.

We are only the encouragement to come out and enjoy a safe enjoyable night in a great environment with some magical people around you all the while listening to some great music as it always has been.

As the current chaos of rising bills and cost of living frustratingly stretches on it's crucial to keep supporting places like Scotland's longest running Rock club best you can, and we know its hard but if you want it still to be rocking next week,month, next year then no matter if it's the odd gig, just having bottle of water it's better to be in catching a bit of the action supporting it than not at all stuck in the house.

So whether it's sharing and engaging online via our socials, buying a ticket in advance to show you are coming or popping in a bit earlier and having a drink before the event all makes the difference and more than you can imagine to keep the place rocking ahead into the future.
