Last year Ricky Gervais proved that he is an incredibly talented performer both on and off screen with his first ever live stand-up show Animals. Filmed in front of a live audience at the Palace Theatre in London earlier this year, the theme of Ricky’s new show is politics, though he does have a tendency to digress. Tackling such political hot potatoes as Thora Hird, being mistaken for Johnny Vegas, beret wearing students and Humpty Dumpty, this is not for the faint-hearted or very PC.
